Installation Summary

  1. Today faced issue with broken power cable , miniPC booting => resolved
  2. Touch screen became unresponsive with deep discharge of UPS battery . Also windows got frozen while shutdown. hence did a forced shutdown
  3. Unable to screen share miniPC since WiFi hotspot broken when attempted teams call . hence used video call for discussion
  4. demonstrated device and application functionally . BSH noticed several issues like

-----a. no low battery indication
-----b. required accessing power on button for booting miniPC
-----c. battery backup insufficient (90 minutes )
-----d. other issues will discuss tomorrow
5. Checked vibration with one compressor
----a. Showed 50 Hz pickup from refrigerator body( leakage ?), but not from compressor (painted body)
----b. different vibration strengths observed. BSH need to explain equipment behavior corresponding to different strength
----c. Observed a consistent fundamental peak at 69Hz
----d. demonstrated how to setup alerts and report generation
6. BSH wants to check with multiple units to understand the characteristic pattern with OK and not OK parts and to derive optimum threshold settings
7. As BSH requested, it is planned to extend the training for tomorrow also
8. Requested Christy to support in setting up WiFi hotspot . Dhanasekar can use his teams account for screensharing

Installation Observations

  1. No details regarding charger indication Stable Green, Green/Red blinking, Stable Red
  2. No details regarding Battery LED for low battery, backup time after low battery, charge in progress, full charge condition
  3. System not tested with fully drained battery
    1. After fully drained the system takes more than 1 hr for turning on
    2. Automatically not turned on, We need to press on back side of the panel
  4. The cable routing was clumsy, excessive strain on shorter cable, power cable rating compromised
    1. Cable got broken after starting the demo
  5. If battery is fully drained the date and time not coming correctly
  6. Wifi showed very low signal strength and got disconnected automatically
  7. BSH requested minimum 2 hrs battery backup
  8. The sensors make and models spare required
  9. The system shows noticeable heat
  10. Windows OS automatically restarting
  11. BSH require sensors with 5m Cable
  12. Display is hanging
  13. BSH wants spare for critical items
    1. Neatness in cable management is very important
  14. If this portable unit doesn’t work, BSH will use device , power adaptor and software.
  15. Date and time changed when power switched ON
  16. OS crashed
    1. unit is not turned on after pressing the back side button, 2 times the main screen coming after that is closed, again ON automatically. after opening mainscreen and connected our AS then within 1 minute the display has turned off but battery led and error led, power led ON condition(may be power is not sufficient)
    2. minipc is taking 15-20 sec initially after pressing back side of the button
  17. BSH require one more usb port for keyboard
  18. Exhaust fan required
