We received the GW V2.0 assembled PCB's from uV.

Started the testing. We identified the components wrong placement at the I/P protection section and sub sequent sections.

Due to that it testing got delayed.

GW2.0 Inspection and testing (Suspected assembly with wrong components)
Using microscope, check the assembly quality like dry soldering, DNP mismatch, missing components
Identify critical components, and mark it in the schematic. Wrong components in this place will damage the board if powered.
Make sure these components are as er design
examples
feedback network in regulators
RS485 Rx diver n/w (1K, 2K)
Power-up,
check other components by measuring the voltages
test all functionalities and interfaces. If it doesn't work, check the associated components
