Plan as discussed

1. Update schematic changes => VM
b. In 4GPCB, remove wifi section, just replace N70 with N58
c. In PLCIO, remove AO section from Schematic, DI section , duplicate

2. Get BoM consolidated for all PCBs =>VM
a. Each BoM separate

3. get costing in slabs of 10/50/100/250/1000 - DT
4. Analyse and identify common components and mark in the respective BoM => DT

5.In parallel, Design Optimisation (decide common components, split special component into one or two common component, remove unwanted component) => VM

Will meet 2.00pm on 20/01/2026 review, 6.00pm = > place order - 1st lot

Note : Target assembly qty - MCU and 4G PCB - 70nos, PLCIO - 10nos

Questions to uV

1. PCB#1(GW) with 400 components of which we will provide 320 in reels/tubes, rest in cut strips (assembly qty 60)
2. PCB#2(PLCIO) with 420 components of which 340 in reels/tubes, rest in cut strips (Assembly qty 20)

How many boards can assemble and deliver in 3 days ?

@VenuMadhav S : make the correct qty in above description

Observation:
DigiReel™ fee Rs. 700/-, MouseReel™ fee ₹475.00
0402 resistor reel qty - 10000, cost is Rs. 2000/-

In GW controller, 225 of 311 are res and caps.

I checked with uV Vinod sir.

He said for 3 days can assemble 5 sets -MCU & 4G PCB

If 10 nos means, it will take max 5 days (3 days M/C assembly +2 days Qc checking)

The cost for core4 PCB BoM purchase alone (40 tracker + 5 RTU) alone 5.6Lakhs (mouser price, w/o duty).

Enclosure - 50K
PCB - 30K
Assembly - 75K

Total = 7.1Lakhs

1. Get quotation from different vendors =. Mouser, DK, Robu, PCB Power, JP electronics(Indiranagar), Wruth, .....
2. Order from reliable source
3. Engage PCB Power in the assembly, ask these queries

To PCB Power for PCB assembly

1. Component sourcing - We or they or both - option available
        2. If we provide, should it be exact or more. If more, will they return with assembled board
        3. Packaging - moisture controlled, ESD safe
        4. Component baking - will they do ?
        5. Lead time - as per web order or not ?
        6. Will do assembly alone ?
        7. What is packing and Freight cost (extra or included)

3 bare GW2.0 PCBs

- need to order components immediately
