RS-485 circuit changed from full duplex to half duplex, added n channel mosfet at RS-485 Tx, and added esd diodes for protection.

USB connector changed from 5 pin connector to USB type A (USB20_TYPEA). Input connector changed from 14 pin to 8 pin. MCU reset circuit added. Power Switch Jumper added(for panel a switch).
