Test report for Electrical testing.

Conducted power on testing and captured SPI signals. And the results were added in the Test report.
Need to check whether Device is detecting or not for this debugger is required.
Unizen has only 2 debuggers. One is using for water meter their project and the other is using for TPMS EVB.

Observed that Reset resistor changed to 68K for debugger detection
